France

Packages are delivered by La Poste through its Colissimo Access and Chronopost services.

Delivery times are from 2 to 5 business days for delivery with Rapide by Colissimo and 2 business days for delivery with Eclaire by Chronopost to arrive directly at your address or to receive a notice of passage in your mailbox*.

Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

Packages are delivered by Deutsche Post.

Delivery times are from 3 to 4 business days for delivery in Belgium and 4 to 5 business days for delivery in Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

From Monday to Friday, all orders received before 12 noon are sent to the transporter the same day.

United States

Packages are delivered by the United States Postal Service and the delivery time is 10 to 12 business days. From Monday to Friday, all orders received before 12 noon are sent to the transporter the same day.
